Jennifer is a Nutrition & Mindfulness Coach. She mainly works with high achieving women who have been interested in nutrition and exercise for a while - yet, lightness and ease is missing. They want to bring their health to the next level
while enjoying food & life.
Jennifer has a degree in Nutrition Counseling while having also attended courses on muscle physiology, yoga, sports science, and psychology. She's also running an online course called Nourish Mind & Body which helps individuals to transform their relationship to food and their bodies at home. Her vision is to help people learn to love themselves and their life as well as understand and prioritize their health.
It’s the last workshop I’ll be giving in Berlin before I’ll be leaving Germany. Spots are limited!
